Shipping Policy




Processing & Shipping Schedule



Orders are shipped every Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Orders placed the day before or on a shipping day will be included in the next scheduled shipment.



Shipping Rates & Delivery Times



Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times:


  • United States (Mainland): 5–10 business days
  • Hawaii & Alaska: 7–14 business days
  • International Orders: 10–20 business days (varies by destination)



Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays or customs processing.



Order Tracking



A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped so you can follow its progress.



Customs, Duties & Taxes



International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the buyer’s responsibility.



Lost or Delayed Packages



We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the buyer. If your package is lost, please contact us so we can help file a claim with the carrier.



Damaged Items



If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item so we can assist you.



No Returns or Exchanges



All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the order has been placed. Please review product details carefully before purchasing.
